  No paid consumer subscription exists. To delete your account, go to Account Settings > Delete account in the iOS app, or email help@weedmaps.com from the address on your account. Deleting it removes your access to order history, favorites and reviews.

  Email cancel@weedmaps.com at least 5 business days before your next Service Period starts. If your notice arrives later, the package and any cancellable add-ons renew for one more period. Add-ons that you agreed in writing can't be cancelled run until the end of the agreed term. Weedmaps doesn't publish prices; third-party reports put them roughly between $300 and $5,000+ a month, depending on the market.

• WM Ads Campaigns (add-on)

  You can't end a campaign early unless Weedmaps fails to fix a material breach within 10 days of your written notice. Weedmaps may require payment in advance or a prepaid balance.

Business subscriptions (Monthly Package and cancellable add-ons): you get no refund when you cancel. That covers a partial month and any period you're billed because your notice was less than 5 business days before renewal. Does Weedmaps charge a cancellation fee?

We found no cancellation fee in Weedmaps’s published terms. On a rolling plan you simply pay to the end of the current billing period and nothing after. If you’re inside a fixed minimum term, check your signup email for the end date, cancelling early is where fees usually hide.

What doesn’t work for cancelling Weedmaps

Cancelled Weedmaps but still being charged?

Three common reasons, in order of likelihood:

• The cancellation didn’t actually complete. If you never received a written confirmation from Weedmaps, treat it as not cancelled. Email cancel@weedmaps.com referencing your original request date and ask for written confirmation plus a refund of any charge taken since.
• You cancelled in the wrong place. Subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play bill through Apple or Google, cancelling on Weedmaps’s site doesn’t touch them. Check Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
• Billing lag. A charge that was already in flight when you cancelled can still land a few days later. One trailing charge can be normal; two is not.

If they keep charging after a confirmed cancellation, that’s chargeback territory: dispute the charge with your bank citing “subscription cancelled, merchant continued billing”. How Weedmaps will try to keep you

Weedmaps may respond with a retention offer, a discount, a free month, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. Don't engage with the counteroffer. Restate that you want a full cancellation and cite the consumer law again if they push back.

• They’ll say: “Using the renewal cutoff: if your notice arrives less than 5 business days before the next Service Period, Weedmaps bills you for one more period (Commercial Terms).”

  You say: Email cancel@weedmaps.com as soon as you decide to leave. Don't wait for the end of the cycle. Give your business name, account ID and billing contact, and ask for written confirmation of the date the cancellation takes effect. Keep your sent email with its timestamp as proof of when you gave notice.

• They’ll say: “Keeping add-ons running: add-ons that were agreed in writing as non-cancellable keep running after the Monthly Package ends (Commercial Terms).”

  You say: In your cancellation email, list the Monthly Package and every add-on by name. Ask Weedmaps to say which add-ons it considers non-cancellable and to send the written agreement and end date for each one.

• They’ll say: “Sending consumers to the retailer: Weedmaps describes itself as a marketplace that doesn't control orders, payments or refunds (help center).”

  You say: Contact the dispensary or delivery service directly to cancel or get a refund, and give your order number. If you paid by card through the retailer's payment processor and the retailer won't refund a missing or incorrect order, dispute the charge with your card issuer.

• They’ll say: “Not answering complaints: BBB lists Weedmaps with an F rating and a complaint the company hadn't responded to.”

  You say: Send your request to both cancel@weedmaps.com and customerservice@weedmaps.com, then call 1-844-933-3627 on a weekday during Pacific business hours and get a ticket number. If you're charged after the effective date in your confirmation, dispute that charge with your bank and attach your timestamped notice.

Delete your Weedmaps account (not just cancel)

Cancelling stops the billing; deleting removes your account and personal data. Do them in that order, deleting an account with an active subscription can leave the billing running with no way to log in and stop it.

If there’s no delete option in Weedmaps’s account settings, email cancel@weedmaps.com with the subject Account deletion request, [your account email] and ask for your account and personal data to be erased under state privacy laws such as the CCPA. They’re typically required to act on it, most companies complete erasure within about 30 days, and you should ask for written confirmation when it’s done.
