Verisure does not publish a money-back guarantee. Your strongest refund route is the 14-day statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which starts from the day the contract is signed (not installation day) when the deal was agreed at home, online or by phone. Outside that window, leaving inside the minimum term usually means paying the remaining monthly fees as an early-termination charge. After the fixed term, the contract rolls over and a written notice period (commonly 30–90 days) applies — miss it and you auto-renew.
