The fastest way
Log in to your StreamingVideoProvider (TeddySoft) panel and go to Settings > My Subscriptions. Click Cancel Subscription on every active plan and add-on, and future payments stop straight away. If you want a written record or need to request a withdrawal or refund, email support@streamingvideoprovider.com with the subject 'Cancellation & withdrawal request, [account email]'. The brand doesn't publish how long confirmation takes.
Or let yoink do it for you.
30 seconds. AI emails TeddySoft, handles retention, chases the refund. You approve once, then sleep.

- Phone: Call +1 888 207 6546 and say “cancel my service”. Expect a retention pitch, decline it twice and hold firm.
- Email: TeddySoft doesn’t process cancellations by email. Still worth sending one: it dates your cancellation request in writing, which matters for disputes and refunds.
Timing matters: Cancel before your renewal date. Annual plans have been reported to renew without a reminder or receipt. Cancel each add-on separately in Settings > My Subscriptions. Future payments stop straight away, and you keep the service until the end of the prepaid period. With no active plan, the account is deleted after 90 days.
The email that backs it up
TeddySoft won’t action a cancellation from an email alone, use the fastest channel above for the cancellation itself. This email still earns its place: it puts your cancellation date in writing (your evidence if they keep billing) and it’s where the refund request happens.

Cancellation Request, [your account email]Send this template
Hi TeddySoft team, I'm writing to cancel the subscription on my account, [your account email]. I'm giving notice ahead of my next renewal date and expect no further charges from that date. Under the FTC's Click-to-Cancel rule, cancellation must be available through a channel as simple as the one I signed up through. Please confirm by reply that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be taken. Best, [your name]
Wait for confirmation
Wait 24 hours. If there's no response, send a polite one-line follow-up referencing the original request.
TeddySoft plans you can cancel
- Plus$39.00/mo
Cancel in Settings > My Subscriptions. The pricing page offers both annual and month-to-month billing, and the $39/mo figure may be the annual-billed rate. If you're on annual billing, cancel before your renewal date.
- Pro$99.00/mo
Cancel in Settings > My Subscriptions. Any add-ons, such as extra storage or live transcoding, have to be cancelled one by one.
- Premium$399.00/mo
Cancel in Settings > My Subscriptions. This plan comes with an account manager, who can also confirm the cancellation in writing.
- Live Transcoding add-on$139.00/mo
This is a separate monthly subscription. Click Cancel Subscription on it in My Subscriptions as well, because cancelling your main plan alone may leave it billing.
What happens to what you’ve already paid
Subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Premium) and recurring add-ons: the legacy terms say there are no refunds or credits when you cancel, downgrade or leave time unused. When you cancel, you keep the service until the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't billed again. Upgrades are the one exception: you can ask them to calculate and refund the upgrade fee for the rest of the month or year. The new 24 September 2026 terms (TeddySoft OOD, Bulgaria) say 'Mandatory law takes priority' and send 'Support and withdrawal requests' to support@streamingvideoprovider.com. So consumers can still claim statutory withdrawal rights. If you bought a pay-per-view video from a creator who uses this platform, the payment went to that creator, so ask the creator for the refund rather than TeddySoft.
“(ix) We will not provide refunds or credits in the case of cancellations, downgrades, or when there are unused portions of the Services on an open account.”

Does TeddySoft charge a cancellation fee?
We found no cancellation fee in TeddySoft’s published terms. On a rolling plan you simply pay to the end of the current billing period and nothing after. If you’re inside a fixed minimum term, check your signup email for the end date, cancelling early is where fees usually hide.
What doesn’t work for cancelling TeddySoft
Based on 9 sources, Reddit, app reviews, and direct testing. Skip these and save yourself the loop.
- ✕ Asking live chat to cancel for you, A Trustpilot reviewer says a chat agent told them it was 'not within our capabilities or legal authority to cancel subscriptions' and pointed them to the no-refund clause. Cancelling is self-serve in Settings > My Subscriptions.
- ✕ Asking for a refund of an annual renewal because you didn't use the service, Clause (ix) refuses refunds for unused time, and a reviewer had exactly this request denied after an unannounced annual renewal.
- ✕ Simply stopping using the service, Billing carries on. One charity said it paid for about a year (around £1K) without noticing because no receipts were sent, and it got no reply when it asked for a refund.
- ✕ Cancelling only the main plan, The help center says to click Cancel Subscription for each active subscription. Add-ons like extra storage ($5.99, $139.99/mo) and live transcoding are billed separately.
Cancelled TeddySoft but still being charged?
Three common reasons, in order of likelihood:
- The cancellation didn’t actually complete. If you never received a written confirmation from TeddySoft, treat it as not cancelled. Email
support@streamingvideoprovider.comreferencing your original request date and ask for written confirmation plus a refund of any charge taken since. - You cancelled in the wrong place. Subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play bill through Apple or Google, cancelling on TeddySoft’s site doesn’t touch them. Check Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
- Billing lag. A charge that was already in flight when you cancelled can still land a few days later. One trailing charge can be normal; two is not.
If they keep charging after a confirmed cancellation, that’s chargeback territory: dispute the charge with your bank citing “subscription cancelled, merchant continued billing”. The yoink app also flags this automatically, it keeps watching your inbox after a confirmed cancellation and alerts you if TeddySoft charges again.
How TeddySoft will try to keep you
TeddySoft may respond with a retention offer, a discount, a free month, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. Don't engage with the counteroffer. Restate that you want a full cancellation and cite the consumer law again if they push back.
They’ll say: “Pointing to the no-refunds clause (ix)”
You say: The 24 September 2026 terms say mandatory law takes priority, and that calling an account a business account does not remove rights an individual has by law. I'm making a statutory withdrawal/refund request under those terms, sent to the support and withdrawal address they name.
They’ll say: “Saying chat can't cancel subscriptions”
You say: I've cancelled every subscription myself in Settings > My Subscriptions. Please confirm in writing that no further payments will be taken and give me the date the service ends.
They’ll say: “Annual renewals without a reminder or receipt”
You say: I didn't get any notice before this annual renewal, and I haven't used the service since it was charged. Please reverse the charge. If you won't, I'll dispute it with my card issuer as an unauthorised auto-renewal.
They’ll say: “Account-deletion warnings that nudge you to buy a cheap plan”
You say: I don't want to buy a plan to keep my account. Please confirm the cancellation. I'll export my media myself before the 90-day deletion date.
They’ll say: “Not replying to refund requests”
You say: I emailed support@streamingvideoprovider.com on [date] and haven't heard back. I'm now copying the legal contact, info@streamingvideoprovider.com. Please reply within 14 days or I'll start a chargeback.
Your rights when cancelling
The law where you live is the strongest hook, lead with it when you contact the company.
United States
- California ARL (auto-renewal law)Renewal must be cancellable online.
California Business & Professions Code §17602 forces any company billing California residents on auto-renewal to provide an online cancel mechanism. Lawsuits have been won on this; companies often refund quickly when it’s cited.
Worldwide
- Card-issuer chargebackYour bank can reverse the charge.
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex all run chargeback schemes, “goods/services not as described” or “subscription not cancelled” are valid reason codes everywhere they operate. Your bank handles the dispute; TeddySoft has ~45 days to defend.
Rights in other regions (United Kingdom, European Union)
United Kingdom
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 201314-day cooling-off on new subscriptions.
You can terminate any continuous service contract within 14 days of starting it and recover any payment, no questions asked. Applies regardless of TeddySoft’s own policy.
- Consumer Rights Act 2015Services must be as described.
If TeddySoft’s service was misrepresented or didn’t deliver what was promised, you have a statutory right to remedy (repair, refund, or price reduction) regardless of their terms.
European Union
- Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU14-day right of withdrawal across all EU states.
EU-wide statutory right to withdraw from any distance-sold contract within 14 days. Mirrored into local law in every member state. TeddySoft must honour it regardless of where they’re headquartered.
Delete your TeddySoft account (not just cancel)
Cancelling stops the billing; deleting removes your account and personal data. Do them in that order, deleting an account with an active subscription can leave the billing running with no way to log in and stop it.
If there’s no delete option in TeddySoft’s account settings, email support@streamingvideoprovider.com with the subject Account deletion request, [your account email] and ask for your account and personal data to be erased under state privacy laws such as the CCPA. They’re typically required to act on it, most companies complete erasure within about 30 days, and you should ask for written confirmation when it’s done.
Common questions about cancelling TeddySoft
Log in to your StreamingVideoProvider panel and go to **Settings > My Subscriptions**. Click **Cancel Subscription** on *each* active subscription, which means your main plan (Plus, Pro or Premium) plus every add-on, like extra storage or live transcoding. The help center says future payments are cancelled straight away. Take a screenshot of the confirmation. If you're a consumer making a withdrawal request, or you want a written record, also email **support@streamingvideoprovider.com**. The terms name that address for support and withdrawal requests. Your card statement may show **TeddySoft**, which is the company behind StreamingVideoProvider.
Money-back questions (windows, pro-rata, chargebacks) are covered in the TeddySoft refund guide. Need a human for something else entirely? The TeddySoft contact guide lists every channel that actually answers.
