Feel Good Contacts plans you can cancel
- Auto-Reorder (Auto-Replenish)
Free to join. You get 5% off every automated order of contact lenses, solutions or eye care, and the shortest interval is every 15 days. You can cancel it yourself in My Account → Auto-Reorder (Auto-Replenish) tab. The terms say you must cancel at least 5 days before the next order is due. To change products, prescription, address or payment details, you have to contact customer service.
- One-off order (contact lenses, solutions, eye care)
You can only cancel before dispatch. Use My Account → Orders, call 0800 458 2090, use LiveChat, or email cs@feelgoodcontacts.com. Same-day dispatch means the window can be just a few hours.
- Glasses & sunglasses
You can only cancel before dispatch, by phone, email or LiveChat.
What happens to what you’ve already paid
Physical orders: unopened contact lenses, solutions and eye care products can be returned free (tracked) for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Glasses and sunglasses have a 30-day window. Opened items and items without their tag are not refunded, and delivery charges are never refunded. Auto-Reorder has no fee of its own, so each automated shipment follows the same 90-day product rule. To stop future shipments, cancel at least 5 days before the next order date. Cancelling an order before dispatch gets you a refund within 3-5 working days. Accepted returns go back to the original card or PayPal, or to store credit if you choose it. Delivery-charge refunds are only given as store credit. Undelivered or damaged items must be reported within 21 days of purchase.
“We offer free tracked returns and a full refund (not including delivery charges) on contact lenses, solutions and eye care products within 90 days of purchase.”

Does Feel Good Contacts charge a cancellation fee?
Feel Good Contacts’s terms mention conditions worth checking before you cancel, see the plan notes and policy quote above for the specifics we found. In general: rolling monthly plans end at the period you’ve already paid for with nothing extra to pay, while minimum-term or contract plans can carry an early-exit charge until the term ends. If you signed up online within the last 14 days, the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you a cooling-off right to walk away, fee-free, for most digital subscriptions.
What doesn’t work for cancelling Feel Good Contacts
Based on 7 sources, Reddit, app reviews, and direct testing. Skip these and save yourself the loop.
- ✕ Cancelling an order after it has been dispatched, The help center and terms both say dispatched orders can't be cancelled or changed. You have to wait for the parcel and then return it under the 90-day (lenses) or 30-day (glasses) policy.
- ✕ Cancelling Auto-Reorder in the last few days before the next order, Terms 1.16.4 say Auto-Reorder must be cancelled at least 5 days before the next order is due. Later than that, the shipment may already be charged and sent.
- ✕ Returning opened lens boxes for a refund, Terms 1.9.1: items returned opened, not in original condition or without the Feel Good Contacts tag get no refund and no store credit.
- ✕ Changing the card, products or prescription on an Auto-Reorder online, The Auto-Replenish page says those changes need customer service. Online you can only change the schedule or frequency, or cancel.
- ✕ Expecting delivery charges back on your card, Terms 1.8.4: refunds of delivery charges are only given as store credit.
- ✕ Cancelling through Google Play / App Store subscriptions, Auto-Reorder is charged straight to your saved card or PayPal by Feel Good Contacts, not as an app-store subscription. Third-party guides that tell you to cancel in Google Play won't stop the shipments; cancel in My Account instead.
Cancelled Feel Good Contacts but still being charged?
Three common reasons, in order of likelihood:
- The cancellation didn’t actually complete. If you never received a written confirmation from Feel Good Contacts, treat it as not cancelled. Email
cs@feelgoodcontacts.comreferencing your original request date and ask for written confirmation plus a refund of any charge taken since. - You cancelled in the wrong place. Subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play bill through Apple or Google, cancelling on Feel Good Contacts’s site doesn’t touch them. Check Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
- Billing lag. A charge that was already in flight when you cancelled can still land a few days later. One trailing charge can be normal; two is not.
If they keep charging after a confirmed cancellation, that’s chargeback territory: dispute the charge with your bank citing “subscription cancelled, merchant continued billing”. The yoink app also flags this automatically, it keeps watching your inbox after a confirmed cancellation and alerts you if Feel Good Contacts charges again.
How Feel Good Contacts will try to keep you
Feel Good Contacts may respond with a retention offer, a discount, a free month, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. Don't engage with the counteroffer. Restate that you want a full cancellation and cite the consumer law again if they push back.
They’ll say: “Offering store credit instead of a refund to your card”
You say: The terms say refunds can go back to the original payment method. Say clearly that you want the money returned to the card or PayPal you paid with, not store credit.
They’ll say: “Offering a 'goodwill' discount code instead of fixing the complaint”
You say: A Trustpilot reviewer was offered a 10% code as 'goodwill' that had already been sent to all customers. Turn down codes and ask for a refund or replacement for the specific order.
They’ll say: “Telling you to 'wait and see' when a parcel hasn't arrived”
You say: Report non-delivery in writing within 21 days of purchase, and if you're sent a Denial of Receipt (P91) form, return it within 1-2 days. Ask for a reship or refund. The retailer is responsible for the parcel until it reaches you.
They’ll say: “Refunding only one faulty lens instead of the whole box”
You say: If a lens is faulty and the box is now unsafe to use, ask for a replacement or a refund for the whole box, and include photos and the order number.
They’ll say: “Asking you to return a parcel you never received before refunding a duplicate charge”
You say: A charge for something that was never delivered should be refunded without any return. Send the bank statement lines. If they refuse, raise a chargeback with your card issuer.
Your rights when cancelling
The law where you live is the strongest hook, lead with it when you contact the company.
United Kingdom
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 201314-day cooling-off on new subscriptions.
You can terminate any continuous service contract within 14 days of starting it and recover any payment, no questions asked. Applies regardless of Feel Good Contacts’s own policy.
- Consumer Rights Act 2015Services must be as described.
If Feel Good Contacts’s service was misrepresented or didn’t deliver what was promised, you have a statutory right to remedy (repair, refund, or price reduction) regardless of their terms.
Worldwide
- Card-issuer chargebackYour bank can reverse the charge.
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex all run chargeback schemes, “goods/services not as described” or “subscription not cancelled” are valid reason codes everywhere they operate. Your bank handles the dispute; Feel Good Contacts has ~45 days to defend.
Rights in other regions (European Union)
European Union
- Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU14-day right of withdrawal across all EU states.
EU-wide statutory right to withdraw from any distance-sold contract within 14 days. Mirrored into local law in every member state. Feel Good Contacts must honour it regardless of where they’re headquartered.
Delete your Feel Good Contacts account (not just cancel)
Cancelling stops the billing; deleting removes your account and personal data. Do them in that order, deleting an account with an active subscription can leave the billing running with no way to log in and stop it.
If there’s no delete option in Feel Good Contacts’s account settings, email cs@feelgoodcontacts.com with the subject Account deletion request, [your account email] and ask for your account and personal data to be erased under UK GDPR (Article 17, the right to erasure). They’re typically required to act on it, most companies complete erasure within about 30 days, and you should ask for written confirmation when it’s done.
Common questions about cancelling Feel Good Contacts
