The fastest way
There's no auto-renewing CookieRun: Kingdom subscription to cancel. Purchases are one-off and handled by Apple or Google. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com on iOS or Google Play's Refunds page on Android, and have your order ID ready. Devsisters (support@cookierun-kingdom.zendesk.com, subject 'Refund request, Player ID') can't refund you. Replies take about 72 hours.
Or let yoink do it for you.
30 seconds. AI emails CookieRun: Kingdom, handles retention, chases the refund. You approve once, then sleep.

CookieRun: Kingdom won’t action a cancellation from an email alone, use the fastest channel above for the cancellation itself. This email still earns its place: it puts your cancellation date in writing (your evidence if they keep billing) and it’s where the refund request happens.

CookieRun: Kingdom plans you can cancel
- Kingdom Pass (Premium)$4.99/mo
A one-off in-app purchase that covers one 28-day season. It doesn't auto-renew, so you have to buy it again each season. There's nothing to cancel, and the frame reward disappears when the season ends.
- Once-a-Day Kingdom Supply Pack ($0.99 one-off)
A one-off in-app purchase billed through Apple or Google. It doesn't auto-renew.
- Crystals 125 ($0.99 one-off)
A one-off purchase of the game's premium currency. It doesn't auto-renew.
What happens to what you’ve already paid
Every CookieRun: Kingdom in-app purchase (Crystals, packages, Kingdom Pass) is processed by Apple or Google Play. Devsisters says it can't see your purchase records, so refunds have to be requested from the store you bought through. Devsisters says unused items may be refundable, but passes and packages that grant currency right away are excluded, and nothing can be refunded on a restricted, suspended or deleted account. Devsisters' terms call virtual-currency purchases final, but in practice Apple or Google makes the decision under its own refund rules.
“Certain products are not eligible for refunds, including passes, subscriptions, and packages that grant random or consumable currencies immediately upon purchase.”

Does CookieRun: Kingdom charge a cancellation fee?
We found no cancellation fee in CookieRun: Kingdom’s published terms. On a rolling plan you simply pay to the end of the current billing period and nothing after. If you’re inside a fixed minimum term, check your signup email for the end date, cancelling early is where fees usually hide.
What doesn’t work for cancelling CookieRun: Kingdom
Based on 2 sources, Reddit, app reviews, and direct testing. Skip these and save yourself the loop.
- ✕ Emailing Devsisters support to refund an App Store or Google Play purchase, Devsisters' help center says it can't access purchase records or billing information and sends all refunds to Apple (iOS) or Google (Android).
- ✕ Asking for a refund after your account was banned, suspended or deleted, The help center says refund requests can't be processed for accounts that are restricted, suspended or deleted. The terms also say you won't be compensated for unused items when an account is closed.
- ✕ Requesting a refund for a Kingdom Pass or a currency package you've already opened, Devsisters names passes and packages that grant random or consumable currency straight away as not eligible. Items you've already used generally can't be refunded.
- ✕ Deleting the app to stop charges or get money back, Deleting the app doesn't refund anything, and there are no recurring charges to stop. If you play on a guest account, deleting the app permanently erases your game data.
Cancelled CookieRun: Kingdom but still being charged?
Three common reasons, in order of likelihood:
- The cancellation didn’t actually complete. If you never received a written confirmation from CookieRun: Kingdom, treat it as not cancelled. Email
support@cookierun-kingdom.zendesk.comreferencing your original request date and ask for written confirmation plus a refund of any charge taken since. - You cancelled in the wrong place. Subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play bill through Apple or Google, cancelling on CookieRun: Kingdom’s site doesn’t touch them. Check Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
- Billing lag. A charge that was already in flight when you cancelled can still land a few days later. One trailing charge can be normal; two is not.
If they keep charging after a confirmed cancellation, that’s chargeback territory: dispute the charge with your bank citing “subscription cancelled, merchant continued billing”. The yoink app also flags this automatically, it keeps watching your inbox after a confirmed cancellation and alerts you if CookieRun: Kingdom charges again.
How CookieRun: Kingdom will try to keep you
CookieRun: Kingdom may respond with a retention offer, a discount, a free month, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. Don't engage with the counteroffer. Restate that you want a full cancellation and cite the consumer law again if they push back.
They’ll say: “Deflection: Devsisters support says it can't access your purchase records and tells you to contact Apple or Google.”
You say: Go straight to the store. File at reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or through Google Play Help > Refunds & returns (Android), and quote the order ID from your receipt email. Only contact Devsisters if an item never arrived.
They’ll say: “Blanket exclusion: passes, subscriptions and packages that grant currency straight away are listed as non-refundable.”
You say: That's Devsisters' guidance, but Apple or Google makes the actual refund decision. Tell the store the purchase was accidental or unauthorised and that the items are unused. Ask soon after buying.
They’ll say: “Terms say all virtual-currency purchases are 'final and non-refundable' and that no platform has to refund for any reason.”
You say: Point to the store's own refund policy and to your statutory consumer rights where they apply, such as unauthorised purchases by a minor or content that didn't arrive or work. A contract term doesn't remove those rights.
They’ll say: “Account restriction or suspension blocks refunds.”
You say: Appeal the restriction with Devsisters support, including your Player ID. File the money request with Apple or Google separately, since they apply their own rules.
They’ll say: “Apple rejects a refund request without saying why.”
You say: Submit once more with a clear reason (for example, 'purchased by a child without permission'). Then ask Apple Support for a manual review by chat or phone, with screenshots of the purchase history.
Your rights when cancelling
The law where you live is the strongest hook, lead with it when you contact the company.
Worldwide
- Card-issuer chargebackYour bank can reverse the charge.
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex all run chargeback schemes, “goods/services not as described” or “subscription not cancelled” are valid reason codes everywhere they operate. Your bank handles the dispute; CookieRun: Kingdom has ~45 days to defend.
Rights in other regions (United Kingdom, European Union)
United Kingdom
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 201314-day cooling-off on new subscriptions.
You can terminate any continuous service contract within 14 days of starting it and recover any payment, no questions asked. Applies regardless of CookieRun: Kingdom’s own policy.
- Consumer Rights Act 2015Services must be as described.

European Union

EU-wide statutory right to withdraw from any distance-sold contract within 14 days. Mirrored into local law in every member state. CookieRun: Kingdom must honour it regardless of where they’re headquartered.
Delete your CookieRun: Kingdom account (not just cancel)
Cancelling stops the billing; deleting removes your account and personal data. Do them in that order, deleting an account with an active subscription can leave the billing running with no way to log in and stop it.
If there’s no delete option in CookieRun: Kingdom’s account settings, email support@cookierun-kingdom.zendesk.com with the subject Account deletion request, [your account email] and ask for your account and personal data to be erased under state privacy laws such as the CCPA. They’re typically required to act on it, most companies complete erasure within about 30 days, and you should ask for written confirmation when it’s done.
Common questions about cancelling CookieRun: Kingdom
Apple and Google Play. Devsisters says it doesn't process in-app purchases and has no access to your card details. Your receipt comes from Apple or Google, and they handle everything after the purchase, including refunds and disputes. That's why emailing Devsisters for a money-back request goes nowhere. Use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's refund page instead, with the order ID from your receipt email.
Money-back questions (windows, pro-rata, chargebacks) are covered in the CookieRun: Kingdom refund guide. Need a human for something else entirely? The CookieRun: Kingdom contact guide lists every channel that actually answers.
