My child made an in-app purchase. Can I get a refund?

Possibly, if the items haven't been used. Devsisters says it can't see your billing records, so you have to apply through the store your child bought from. On iPhone or iPad, use reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the unauthorised or accidental purchase reason. On Android, use Google Play's Refunds & returns flow. Do it quickly and before the Crystals or packages are spent. Afterwards, turn on purchase authentication (Screen Time on iOS, 'Require authentication for purchases' in Google Play) so it doesn't happen again.

Who processes in-app purchases?

Apple and Google Play. Devsisters says it doesn't process in-app purchases and has no access to your card details. Your receipt comes from Apple or Google, and they handle everything after the purchase, including refunds and disputes. That's why emailing Devsisters for a money-back request goes nowhere. Use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's refund page instead, with the order ID from your receipt email.

I didn't get an item I purchased!

This is the one purchase problem Devsisters handles itself. Contact CookieRun: Kingdom support from the in-game **Contact Support** button (Account menu) or at support@cookierun-kingdom.zendesk.com. Include your Player ID and the store receipt showing the order ID, purchase date, package price and package name. If the item still doesn't arrive, you can ask Apple or Google for a refund because the content wasn't delivered.

I'd like to avoid unwanted purchases.

No auto-renewing plan turned up in Devsisters' Kingdom help center or the App Store listing. The premium **Kingdom Pass** ($4.99 in the US) is a one-off purchase that lasts one 28-day season and has to be bought again each season. If you see a monthly CookieRun charge, check whether it's the **Royal Club** from CookieRun: Classic/OvenBreak, which does renew monthly. You can cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions at least 24 hours before renewal.

Can I get a refund if my account was banned or deleted?

Unlikely through Devsisters. Its help center says refund requests can't be processed for accounts that are restricted, suspended or deleted. Its terms also say you won't get money for unused in-game items when an account is closed, whether you closed it or they did. You can still ask Apple or Google, who use their own refund rules, but expect pushback. First appeal the ban through support with your Player ID.

Is the Kingdom Pass refundable?

Devsisters lists passes as not eligible for refunds. Even so, the decision belongs to Apple or Google, because they took the payment. You have the best chance if you ask soon after buying, haven't claimed any pass rewards, and the purchase was accidental or made by a child without permission. Will I lose my kingdom if I delete CookieRun: Kingdom?

If you play as a guest, yes. The App Store listing warns that deleting the app permanently erases guest data. Link a DevPlay or social account first so you can recover your kingdom later. Deleting the app doesn't cancel or refund anything, but CookieRun: Kingdom has no recurring charge to stop anyway. Devsisters also says it can't change your registered email or move data between accounts.
