Cancel Voicemod PRO in any browser at account.voicemod.net → Cancel Subscription → confirm. You don't need the app. Bought on iPhone or Android? Cancel in the App Store or Google Play. No button? Open a support ticket (Payments → Cancel my renewal) or email support@voicemod.net with the subject 'Cancel PRO renewal, [license email]'. Voicemod doesn't publish a reply time.
Or let yoink do it for you.

Get yoink (App Store) →Every way to cancel Voicemod
- Online (fastest): Direct cancel flow: account.voicemod.net
- Email: Voicemod doesn’t process cancellations by email. Still worth sending one: it dates your cancellation request in writing, which matters for disputes and refunds.
Timing matters: Subscriptions renew automatically on the expiration date, so cancel before then. Annual and 3-month plans are charged upfront for the whole term. Mobile purchases must be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play. After cancelling, PRO stays active until it expires.
The email that backs it up
Voicemod won’t action a cancellation from an email alone, use the fastest channel above for the cancellation itself. This email still earns its place: it puts your cancellation date in writing (your evidence if they keep billing) and it’s where the refund request happens.

Cancellation Request, [your account email]Send this template
Hi Voicemod team, I'm writing to cancel the subscription on my account, [your account email]. I'm giving notice ahead of my next renewal date and expect no further charges from that date. Under the FTC's Click-to-Cancel rule, cancellation must be available through a channel as simple as the one I signed up through. Please confirm by reply that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be taken. Best, [your name]
Wait for confirmation
Wait 24 hours. If there's no response, send a polite one-line follow-up referencing the original request.
What happens to what you’ve already paid
Voicemod PRO bought on desktop (subscription or lifetime) can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. You request it from the payment gateway that took the money, either Xsolla or Paddle, and your bank statement shows which one. PRO bought in the iOS or Android app has a 14-day window and goes through reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's 'Report a problem'. Voicemod itself sends mobile buyers back to the stores. Once the window has passed, you won't get a partial refund for unused time; you can only cancel the renewal and keep PRO until the licence expires. Voicemod Key hardware refunds go through the support form, and the sources don't state a separate window for them.
“If you are not happy with Voicemod, you can request a refund if you are within the time frame of our refund policy, which is the first 30 days* after the purchase. *14 days if it is from a mobile device (because it depends on the mobile stores).”

Does Voicemod charge a cancellation fee?
We found no cancellation fee in Voicemod’s published terms. On a rolling plan you simply pay to the end of the current billing period and nothing after. If you’re inside a fixed minimum term, check your signup email for the end date, cancelling early is where fees usually hide.
What doesn’t work for cancelling Voicemod
Based on 8 sources, Reddit, app reviews, and direct testing. Skip these and save yourself the loop.
- ✕ Uninstalling the Voicemod app, Removing the software doesn't stop the subscription. Renewal keeps going until you cancel at account.voicemod.net or in the app store.
- ✕ Cancelling on the website when you paid through Apple or Google, Mobile subscriptions are controlled by Apple or Google, so cancelling on Voicemod's site won't stop the renewal. You have to cancel in iOS Settings → Subscriptions or in Google Play.
- ✕ Emailing support just to say 'cancel', A Reddit user says support's email reply only told them to press the cancel button again. Email doesn't work as a cancellation route by itself. Say the button is missing or failing and ask them to cancel on their side.
- ✕ Asking Voicemod to refund a mobile (App Store / Play) purchase, Voicemod's help centre and a Trustpilot reply both send mobile buyers back to Apple or Google. Their 14-day store window applies, not Voicemod's 30 days.
- ✕ Switching to a cheaper or different plan mid-term, The help centre says plan changes aren't possible. Outside the refund window you have to cancel the renewal, let the licence run out, and buy the new plan.
- ✕ Waiting quietly on an unanswered refund ticket, Several Trustpilot reviewers say refund tickets sent inside the 30-day window got no reply. Others say refunds came within 24 hours. Follow up before day 30 so the deadline doesn't pass while you wait.
Cancelled Voicemod but still being charged?
Three common reasons, in order of likelihood:
- The cancellation didn’t actually complete. If you never received a written confirmation from Voicemod, treat it as not cancelled. Email
support@voicemod.netreferencing your original request date and ask for written confirmation plus a refund of any charge taken since. - You cancelled in the wrong place. Subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play bill through Apple or Google, cancelling on Voicemod’s site doesn’t touch them. Check Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
- Billing lag. A charge that was already in flight when you cancelled can still land a few days later. One trailing charge can be normal; two is not.
If they keep charging after a confirmed cancellation, that’s chargeback territory: dispute the charge with your bank citing “subscription cancelled, merchant continued billing”. The yoink app also flags this automatically, it keeps watching your inbox after a confirmed cancellation and alerts you if Voicemod charges again.
How Voicemod will try to keep you
Voicemod may respond with a retention offer, a discount, a free month, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. Don't engage with the counteroffer. Restate that you want a full cancellation and cite the consumer law again if they push back.
They’ll say: “Support sends you back to the self-serve cancel button, even when that button is missing or the app won't open”
You say: The Cancel Subscription option doesn't appear (or the app won't open) at account.voicemod.net. Please cancel the auto-renewal for the PRO licence on [email] from your side and confirm in writing that no further charges will be made.
They’ll say: “Refund requests get bounced to the payment gateway (Xsolla/Paddle) or the app store instead of being handled”
You say: Check your bank statement to see whether Paddle or Xsolla charged you, and file with that gateway directly, quoting the transaction ID from your Voicemod receipt. Copy Voicemod in, citing its published 30-day refund policy.
They’ll say: “Slow or no answer to refund tickets until the 30-day window is close to closing”
You say: I sent my refund request on [date], within your 30-day refund policy (purchase date [date]). Please process it now. The request was made inside the window, so the date you reply doesn't change my eligibility.
They’ll say: “The annual or 3-month price is shown as a monthly figure, then the full amount is charged upfront”
You say: The app showed a monthly price, but I was charged [amount] at once for the full term. I'm asking for a full refund under your 30-day policy because the price shown before checkout was misleading.
Your rights when cancelling
The law where you live is the strongest hook, lead with it when you contact the company.
United States
- FTC Click-to-Cancel Rule (2024+)Cancel must be as easy as sign-up.
The Federal Trade Commission’s Click-to-Cancel rule requires Voicemod to make cancelling at least as simple as signing up, same channel, same number of clicks. If they buried the cancel button or forced a phone call, they’re in violation; report to reportfraud.ftc.gov.
- California ARL (auto-renewal law)Renewal must be cancellable online.
California Business & Professions Code §17602 forces any company billing California residents on auto-renewal to provide an online cancel mechanism. Lawsuits have been won on this; companies often refund quickly when it’s cited.
Worldwide
- Card-issuer chargebackYour bank can reverse the charge.
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex all run chargeback schemes, “goods/services not as described” or “subscription not cancelled” are valid reason codes everywhere they operate. Your bank handles the dispute; Voicemod has ~45 days to defend.
Rights in other regions (United Kingdom, European Union)
United Kingdom
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 201314-day cooling-off on new subscriptions.
You can terminate any continuous service contract within 14 days of starting it and recover any payment, no questions asked. Applies regardless of Voicemod’s own policy.
- Consumer Rights Act 2015Services must be as described.
If Voicemod’s service was misrepresented or didn’t deliver what was promised, you have a statutory right to remedy (repair, refund, or price reduction) regardless of their terms.
European Union
- Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU14-day right of withdrawal across all EU states.
EU-wide statutory right to withdraw from any distance-sold contract within 14 days. Mirrored into local law in every member state. Voicemod must honour it regardless of where they’re headquartered.
Delete your Voicemod account (not just cancel)
Cancelling stops the billing; deleting removes your account and personal data. Do them in that order, deleting an account with an active subscription can leave the billing running with no way to log in and stop it.
If there’s no delete option in Voicemod’s account settings, email support@voicemod.net with the subject Account deletion request, [your account email] and ask for your account and personal data to be erased under state privacy laws such as the CCPA. They’re typically required to act on it, most companies complete erasure within about 30 days, and you should ask for written confirmation when it’s done.
Common questions about cancelling Voicemod
If you bought PRO on a computer, open **account.voicemod.net** in any browser (or click *My Account* in the desktop app), choose **Cancel Subscription**, and confirm. If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, cancel in **iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions** or in **Google Play → Payments & subscriptions**. Cancelling on Voicemod's site won't stop a store subscription. After you cancel, PRO keeps working until the licence expires and then won't renew. If the button is missing, open a ticket on voicemod.net/en/support (Payments → *Cancel my renewal*).
Money-back questions (windows, pro-rata, chargebacks) are covered in the Voicemod refund guide. Need a human for something else entirely? The Voicemod contact guide lists every channel that actually answers.
