Supabase’s refund policy

Supabase does not refund your card. When you downgrade mid-cycle, the unused portion of the fixed plan fee is converted into organization credits that apply to future invoices and never expire. Compute and other usage-based charges are billed in arrears and are non-refundable. AWS Marketplace purchases have a separate 48-hour cancellation window via a support ticket.

As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds to the payment method on file. When you downgrade from a paid plan to the Free Plan, you will get credits for the unused time on the paid plan.

    EU-wide statutory right to withdraw from any distance-sold contract within 14 days. Mirrored into local law in every member state. Supabase must honour it regardless of where they’re headquartered.
