SharkNinja gives you 60 days from purchase to return items bought directly from sharkninja.com (or 90 days if bought via an infomercial) for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling. Returns are free with a prepaid label from the Returns Portal, and the label is valid for 14 days. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued in 5–10 business days, with funds appearing 2–10 business days later. Items bought from third-party retailers must be returned to that retailer under their policy.

Returns are free. Purchases made directly through SharkNinja can be returned within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). We don't offer product exchanges. Returns won't be accepted if the item is worn, used, or altered.
