The fastest way
FRAME is a fashion retailer, not a subscription — there's nothing to cancel. To return an order or request a refund, start at the International Returns Center within 14 days of receipt, or email clientservices@frame-store.com with subject 'Return request — order #3XXXXXXX'. Refunds currently take up to 3 weeks after receipt.

Cancellation Request — [your account email]Send this template
Hi FRAME team, I'm writing to request the immediate cancellation of my subscription tied to this account, effective today. Under applicable consumer-protection law (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, EU Directive 2011/83/EU, or the FTC's Click-to-Cancel rule depending on your jurisdiction), I'm entitled to terminate this continuous service contract through the same channel it was formed in — please confirm by reply that no further charges will be made. If your policy permits, I'd also appreciate a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the current billing period. Best, [your name]

Wait 24 hours. If there's no response, send a polite one-line follow-up referencing the original request.
FRAME’s refund policy
FRAME gives you 14 days from the day you receive your order to send full-price items back for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Sale items are refundable but incur a $12 restocking fee (waived for exchanges or in-store returns). Anything marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned. Refunds are currently taking up to 3 weeks to process after your parcel arrives.
“We offer free returns and exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of your receipt date. Items must be in original, unworn condition. Returns shipped back within policy will automatically receive a full refund back to your original form of payment. Items purchased on sale are subject to a $12 restocking fee”

What doesn’t work for cancelling FRAME
Based on 3 sources — Reddit, app reviews, and direct testing. Skip these and save yourself the loop.
- ✕ Returning an online order to a FRAME physical store — Terms state online orders can only be returned via the International Returns Center; only in-store purchases are accepted at stores.
- ✕ Returning Final Sale items — Products labelled 'Final Sale' on the product page may not be returned or exchanged.
- ✕ Swapping for a different size via the returns portal — The portal only processes returns — a new order must be placed for a different size or item.
- ✕ Combining multiple orders in one return package — FRAME only accepts one order per return package.
- ✕ Returning worn or altered items — Terms require items to be in original, unworn condition; mismatched RMAs delay refunds.
How FRAME will try to keep you
FRAME may respond with a retention offer — a discount, a free month, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. Don't engage with the counteroffer. Restate that you want a full cancellation and cite the consumer law again if they push back.
They’ll say: “Restocking fee on sale items ($12 deducted from refund)”
You say: Fee is waived if you exchange instead of refund, or return in person at a FRAME store — worth the trip if you're near a location.
They’ll say: “Refund delays cited as 'higher-than-usual demand' (up to 3 weeks)”
You say: The 3-week window is FRAME's own quoted SLA. If it slips past that, email clientservices@frame-store.com quoting the RMA and delivery-confirmation date, and escalate via your card issuer's chargeback route if silence continues.
They’ll say: “'FRAME reserves the right to revoke return privileges'”
You say: This clause targets serial returners. If it's your first mismatch, ask client services to reinstate — statutory rights (UK CRA / EU CRD) override retailer discretion for faulty goods.
Your rights when cancelling
Consumer law varies by where you live. The strongest hook for your country is the one to lead with when you contact the company — pick the one that applies and quote it in your email.
United States
- FTC Click-to-Cancel Rule (2024+)Cancel must be as easy as sign-up.
The Federal Trade Commission’s Click-to-Cancel rule requires FRAME to make cancelling at least as simple as signing up — same channel, same number of clicks. If they buried the cancel button or forced a phone call, they’re in violation; report to reportfraud.ftc.gov.
- California ARL (auto-renewal law)Renewal must be cancellable online.
California Business & Professions Code §17602 forces any company billing California residents on auto-renewal to provide an online cancel mechanism. Lawsuits have been won on this; companies often refund quickly when it’s cited.
- Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA)Negative-option billing must be clearly disclosed.
Federal law (15 U.S.C. §8401) requires FRAME to clearly disclose any negative-option / auto-renewal terms before charging. Buried terms = potential federal violation. Report to the FTC alongside any FTC complaint.
United Kingdom
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 201314-day cooling-off on new subscriptions.
You can terminate any continuous service contract within 14 days of starting it and recover any payment, no questions asked. Applies regardless of FRAME’s own policy.
- Consumer Rights Act 2015Services must be as described.
If FRAME’s service was misrepresented or didn’t deliver what was promised, you have a statutory right to remedy (repair, refund, or price reduction) regardless of their terms.
European Union
- Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU14-day right of withdrawal across all EU states.
EU-wide statutory right to withdraw from any distance-sold contract within 14 days. Mirrored into local law in every member state. FRAME must honour it regardless of where they’re headquartered.
- Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770Refund rights for digital content failures.
Specific to digital subscriptions — gives you the right to a price reduction or contract termination when FRAME’s digital service is not as advertised, with no time limit beyond the contract period.
Worldwide
- Card-issuer chargebackYour bank can reverse the charge.
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex all run chargeback schemes — “goods/services not as described” or “subscription not cancelled” are valid reason codes everywhere they operate. Your bank handles the dispute; FRAME has ~45 days to defend.
