What happens to what you’ve already paid
FabuLove only sells one-off physical products like jewelry, eternal roses and personalized gifts. There are no recurring subscription charges. Order cancellations: you get 4 hours from purchase to cancel or change an order by emailing support@fabulove.co. After that you can still cancel if the order hasn't been fulfilled, but once it ships it can't be cancelled. Returns on delivered items: the refund policy page gives 7 days after delivery, and only for unused, non-custom items. Custom or engraved items, changes of mind and wrong addresses entered by the customer are excluded. Damaged or defective items qualify for a full refund or replacement, but you must report them within 2 days of delivery (an older help page says three days). This is much stricter than the '30-day money-back guarantee' shown on the homepage. Customers report partial offers such as 20% and slow responses on refunds for late or missing orders.
“Customers have 7 days after delivery to initiate a return - please view our return eligibility below to see if the item you ordered is eligible for a return.”

Does FabuLove charge a cancellation fee?
We found no cancellation fee in FabuLove’s published terms. On a rolling plan you simply pay to the end of the current billing period and nothing after. If you’re inside a fixed minimum term, check your signup email for the end date, cancelling early is where fees usually hide.
What doesn’t work for cancelling FabuLove
Based on 4 sources, Reddit, app reviews, and direct testing. Skip these and save yourself the loop.
- ✕ Relying on the homepage '30-day money-back guarantee' banner, The actual refund policy gives only 7 days after delivery to start a return. It excludes buyer's remorse and custom items, and damage claims must be made within 2 days.
- ✕ Emailing a cancellation within the 4-hour window and assuming it's done, Trustpilot reviewers say cancellations sent 10 to 30 minutes after ordering were rejected, or were confirmed but the order shipped anyway. One reviewer then had to pay return postage.
- ✕ Waiting for a reply from support, Several Trustpilot reviewers say emails went unanswered for weeks, or got answered about a week later even though a 12-hour reply time is promised.
- ✕ Returning a custom or engraved item because you changed your mind, FabuLove's policy excludes custom-made items and buyer's-remorse requests unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- ✕ Reporting damage a week after delivery, The refund policy requires damaged or defective items to be reported within 2 days of delivery. The older Refunds & Cancellations page says three days.
Cancelled FabuLove but still being charged?
Three common reasons, in order of likelihood:
- The cancellation didn’t actually complete. If you never received a written confirmation from FabuLove, treat it as not cancelled. Email
support@fabulove.coreferencing your original request date and ask for written confirmation plus a refund of any charge taken since. - You cancelled in the wrong place. Subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play bill through Apple or Google, cancelling on FabuLove’s site doesn’t touch them. Check Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
- Billing lag. A charge that was already in flight when you cancelled can still land a few days later. One trailing charge can be normal; two is not.
If they keep charging after a confirmed cancellation, that’s chargeback territory: dispute the charge with your bank citing “subscription cancelled, merchant continued billing”. The yoink app also flags this automatically, it keeps watching your inbox after a confirmed cancellation and alerts you if FabuLove charges again.
How FabuLove will try to keep you
FabuLove may respond with a retention offer, a discount, a free month, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. Don't engage with the counteroffer. Restate that you want a full cancellation and cite the consumer law again if they push back.
They’ll say: “Offering a small partial refund, such as 20%, instead of a full refund when the problem is FabuLove's fault”
You say: Thanks, but I'm declining the partial refund. The fault is yours, not mine. Your own policy promises a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged items. Please refund the full amount, including shipping, to my original payment method within 7 days.
They’ll say: “Sending a replacement or reshipping instead of refunding a late or missing order. One reviewer got a replacement that was then cancelled as out of stock”
You say: I don't want a replacement. The order didn't arrive within the delivery time you advertised, so please cancel any reshipment and refund the full amount I paid, including any rush or shipping fees, to my original payment method.
They’ll say: “Accepting a cancellation inside the 4-hour grace period but shipping the order anyway”
You say: I asked to cancel within your 4-hour grace period (timestamp attached) and you confirmed it. The order should not have shipped. Please give me a prepaid return label or a full refund without me having to send it back. I shouldn't pay return postage for your mistake.
They’ll say: “Not replying to refund emails for days or weeks”
You say: This is my [second/third] email about order #[number]. Unless I get a full refund within 7 days, I'll ask my card issuer or PayPal to reverse the charge, using these emails as evidence.
Your rights when cancelling
The law where you live is the strongest hook, lead with it when you contact the company.
Worldwide
- Card-issuer chargebackYour bank can reverse the charge.
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex all run chargeback schemes, “goods/services not as described” or “subscription not cancelled” are valid reason codes everywhere they operate. Your bank handles the dispute; FabuLove has ~45 days to defend.
Rights in other regions (United Kingdom, European Union)
United Kingdom
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 201314-day cooling-off on new subscriptions.
You can terminate any continuous service contract within 14 days of starting it and recover any payment, no questions asked. Applies regardless of FabuLove’s own policy.
- Consumer Rights Act 2015Services must be as described.
If FabuLove’s service was misrepresented or didn’t deliver what was promised, you have a statutory right to remedy (repair, refund, or price reduction) regardless of their terms.
European Union
- Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU14-day right of withdrawal across all EU states.
EU-wide statutory right to withdraw from any distance-sold contract within 14 days. Mirrored into local law in every member state. FabuLove must honour it regardless of where they’re headquartered.
Delete your FabuLove account (not just cancel)
Cancelling stops the billing; deleting removes your account and personal data. Do them in that order, deleting an account with an active subscription can leave the billing running with no way to log in and stop it.
If there’s no delete option in FabuLove’s account settings, email support@fabulove.co with the subject Account deletion request, [your account email] and ask for your account and personal data to be erased under data-protection law in most jurisdictions. They’re typically required to act on it, most companies complete erasure within about 30 days, and you should ask for written confirmation when it’s done.
Common questions about cancelling FabuLove
Email **support@fabulove.co** as soon as possible with your order number. Use a subject like *'Cancel order #12345, within 4-hour grace period'*. FabuLove gives a **4-hour grace period** from purchase to cancel or change an order. If the order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you can still ask to cancel after that. **Once it has been processed and shipped, it can't be cancelled.** Some reviewers say quick cancellations were refused or confirmed but never actioned, so keep a screenshot of your email's timestamp.
