Hi Auri Nutrition team, I'm writing to cancel the subscription on my account, [your account email]. Please treat this as formal notice of cancellation, effective from the end of the current billing period. Under the FTC's Click-to-Cancel rule, cancellation must be available through a channel as simple as the one I signed up through. Please confirm by reply that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be taken. Best, [your name]

Auri Nutrition plans you can cancel
- Super Mushroom Gummies, Subscribe & Save (Daily, Focus, Kids, Chill, HSN)$39.99/mo
Refills every 4 weeks, at $39.99 on the Daily Gummies product page. During the Halloween sale it showed as $31.99 (42% off $55). Auri emails a reminder 3 days before each shipment. You need to cancel before the next recurring order is generated, because processed orders ship automatically.
- Super Mushroom Gummies, One-Time Purchase
This is a one-off order at $55 list price per 30-serving bag, with no recurring charge. Reviewers say the site often pre-selects subscription pricing, so check that you've picked the one-time option. To change or cancel an order, email hello@tryauri.com right away, before it ships. Orders usually ship within 1 business day.
- Super Mushroom Elixirs (Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Chaga, Pre + Probiotic)
Elixir prices didn't appear in the sources. If you bought one on Subscribe & Save, the same email or portal cancellation applies.
What happens to what you’ve already paid
FIRST ORDERS of Auri gummies or elixirs come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@tryauri.com or use the returns portal, and Auri promises to refund what you paid minus shipping. Auri covers return shipping for unopened first-order products. SUBSCRIBE & SAVE REFILLS are not covered by the guarantee. Once a refill is processed it ships automatically, and Auri says it won't refund a fulfilled refill. The only option for a refill is returning it unopened at your own cost. Approved refunds take 5 to 7 business days to reach your original payment method. Damaged items are replaced without needing a return.
“If your subscription order has been processed, email us at hello@tryauri.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop the shipment, but if it’s already fulfilled, we cannot issue a refund.”

Does Auri Nutrition charge a cancellation fee?
We found no cancellation fee in Auri Nutrition’s published terms. On a rolling plan you simply pay to the end of the current billing period and nothing after. If you’re inside a fixed minimum term, check your signup email for the end date, cancelling early is where fees usually hide.
What doesn’t work for cancelling Auri Nutrition
Based on 6 sources, Reddit, app reviews, and direct testing. Skip these and save yourself the loop.
- ✕ Calling Auri to cancel, Auri's contact page says it doesn't offer phone support. Cancellations go by email to hello@tryauri.com or through the contact form.
- ✕ Posting a cancellation request as a Trustpilot review, Auri replies publicly but doesn't act on the review. In one case it said it hadn't received any emails and, for security reasons, the customer had to email hello@tryauri.com.
- ✕ Cancelling after the next recurring order has already been generated, Auri's FAQ says a processed order ships automatically. Auri will only try to stop the shipment, and a fulfilled refill can't be refunded.
- ✕ Claiming the 60-day money-back guarantee on a subscription refill, The guarantee covers first-time purchases only. Refills can be returned only if unopened, and you pay the return shipping.
- ✕ Mailing products back without first requesting a return, The refund policy says items sent back without a return request first will not be accepted.
- ✕ Relying on the email agent to cancel for you, One Trustpilot reviewer was told more than once that staff couldn't cancel for them and had to use the online portal. Auri's own FAQ says to email for cancellation, so you may need to push for a written confirmation or finish the cancellation in the portal.
Cancelled Auri Nutrition but still being charged?
Three common reasons, in order of likelihood:
- The cancellation didn’t actually complete. If you never received a written confirmation from Auri Nutrition, treat it as not cancelled. Email
hello@tryauri.comreferencing your original request date and ask for written confirmation plus a refund of any charge taken since. - You cancelled in the wrong place. Subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play bill through Apple or Google, cancelling on Auri Nutrition’s site doesn’t touch them. Check Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
- Billing lag. A charge that was already in flight when you cancelled can still land a few days later. One trailing charge can be normal; two is not.
If they keep charging after a confirmed cancellation, that’s chargeback territory: dispute the charge with your bank citing “subscription cancelled, merchant continued billing”. The yoink app also flags this automatically, it keeps watching your inbox after a confirmed cancellation and alerts you if Auri Nutrition charges again.
How Auri Nutrition will try to keep you
Auri Nutrition may respond with a retention offer, a discount, a free month, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. Don't engage with the counteroffer. Restate that you want a full cancellation and cite the consumer law again if they push back.
They’ll say: “Redirecting you to the self-serve Customer Portal instead of cancelling by email. Auri's FAQ says it will guide you to the portal, and a reviewer was told staff couldn't cancel for them.”
You say: Auri's own FAQ says 'Please email hello@tryauri.com for quick and easy cancellation!' Please cancel my Subscribe & Save subscription from this email request and send me written confirmation that no further orders will be generated.
They’ll say: “A sales funnel inside the cancel flow, with offers and alternatives before the cancel option. A reviewer complained about having to fight through a sales funnel to cancel.”
You say: Turn down every discount, gift, swap or frequency change. Pick cancel, and screenshot the final confirmation screen with its date.
They’ll say: “Offering skip or pause instead of cancelling. The product page says 'Edit, pause or cancel any time', and Auri has processed skip requests for reviewers.”
You say: I'm not asking to skip or pause. Please cancel the subscription entirely and confirm there are no future orders.
They’ll say: “Saying a processed refill will ship and can't be refunded”
You say: Please stop this shipment before it's fulfilled, as your FAQ says you will try to do. If it has already shipped, send me a return label so I can return it unopened for a refund.
They’ll say: “Saying the subscription only started because it was selected at checkout, when customers report renewals they didn't expect”
You say: I did not knowingly agree to a recurring order, and your site's default selection highlights subscription pricing. Please cancel and refund this unexpected charge.
They’ll say: “Claiming results take 8 to 12 weeks to push back a money-back request. A reviewer was told this, which is longer than the 60-day guarantee.”
You say: Your guarantee is advertised as '100% refund valid for 60 Days. No questions asked.' I'm requesting a refund for my first order within that window.
They’ll say: “Asking for more account details or saying it can't find your account before acting”
You say: Put the full name, order email, order number and shipping address in the first email so Auri can't stall on verification.
Your rights when cancelling
The law where you live is the strongest hook, lead with it when you contact the company.
United States
- FTC Click-to-Cancel Rule (2024+)Cancel must be as easy as sign-up.
The Federal Trade Commission’s Click-to-Cancel rule requires Auri Nutrition to make cancelling at least as simple as signing up, same channel, same number of clicks. If they buried the cancel button or forced a phone call, they’re in violation; report to reportfraud.ftc.gov.
- California ARL (auto-renewal law)Renewal must be cancellable online.
California Business & Professions Code §17602 forces any company billing California residents on auto-renewal to provide an online cancel mechanism. Lawsuits have been won on this; companies often refund quickly when it’s cited.
Worldwide
- Card-issuer chargebackYour bank can reverse the charge.
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex all run chargeback schemes, “goods/services not as described” or “subscription not cancelled” are valid reason codes everywhere they operate. Your bank handles the dispute; Auri Nutrition has ~45 days to defend.
Rights in other regions (European Union)
European Union
- Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU14-day right of withdrawal across all EU states.
EU-wide statutory right to withdraw from any distance-sold contract within 14 days. Mirrored into local law in every member state. Auri Nutrition must honour it regardless of where they’re headquartered.
Delete your Auri Nutrition account (not just cancel)
Cancelling stops the billing; deleting removes your account and personal data. Do them in that order, deleting an account with an active subscription can leave the billing running with no way to log in and stop it.
If there’s no delete option in Auri Nutrition’s account settings, email hello@tryauri.com with the subject Account deletion request, [your account email] and ask for your account and personal data to be erased under state privacy laws such as the CCPA. They’re typically required to act on it, most companies complete erasure within about 30 days, and you should ask for written confirmation when it’s done.
Common questions about cancelling Auri Nutrition
