The fastest way
APCOA has no single subscription to cancel, it depends on the product. For a Season Ticket, cancel online at seasontickets.apcoa.co.uk or email Finance.seasontickets@apcoa.com (one calendar month's notice on monthly/quarterly tickets). For daily/app refunds, email csc.refunds@apcoa.com with your booking reference, vehicle registration and car park location.

APCOA Parking’s refund policy
APCOA's refund treatment depends on the product. For daily app tickets, a refund is only possible if you request it before the session starts or while attempting (and failing) to park, later requests are refused because usage can't be verified. Season-ticket refunds are calculated pro-rata minus an administration fee, but there's no refund for the remaining days of a partly-used month. Flexi-Pass permits are non-refundable once used. Refund requests go to csc.refunds@apcoa.com with your booking reference, vehicle registration and car park location.
“Refunds will be pro-rata, less an administration charge starting two working days after the email request.”

What doesn’t work for cancelling APCOA Parking
Based on 3 sources, Reddit, app reviews, and direct testing. Skip these and save yourself the loop.
- ✕ Requesting a daily-ticket refund after the parking day, APCOA states refunds made later in the day or at a later date cannot be honoured because it cannot determine whether the parking was used.
- ✕ Cancelling a recurring season ticket without giving one calendar month's notice, Terms state that if the required notice period isn't given, any Direct Debit or CPA in place continues to be collected and the permit renews.
- ✕ Appealing a Parking Charge Notice by phone or email, APCOA only accepts appeals in writing via the secure online portal or by post within 28 days; phone and email appeals are not accepted.
- ✕ Relying on live chat to process a refund, Reviewers report the live chat agents simply redirect to the website and end the chat rather than processing refunds.
- ✕ Expecting a refund when a car park is full or a space isn't available, APCOA states it cannot guarantee spaces and cannot refund sessions purchased where a space is not available.
How APCOA Parking will try to keep you
APCOA Parking may respond with a retention offer, a discount, a free month, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. Don't engage with the counteroffer. Restate that you want a full cancellation and cite the consumer law again if they push back.
They’ll say: “Daily/app refund refused as 'usage cannot be verified'”
You say: Provide contemporaneous evidence: app confirmation screenshot, timestamped bank statement, and photos of full/broken machines. If you were double-charged or pushed into a higher tariff by app failures, state that clearly, reviewers report APCOA reversing duplicate charges (e.g. accidental double drop-offs at Heathrow) once evidence is shown. Email csc.refunds@apcoa.com.
They’ll say: “Season ticket 'one calendar month notice' delays your exit”
You say: Serve written notice immediately via seasontickets.apcoa.co.uk AND email Finance.seasontickets@apcoa.com so the notice clock starts, and separately cancel the Direct Debit / Continuous Payment Authority with your bank to stop further collection, you have the right to cancel a CPA directly with your bank.
They’ll say: “Complaint or refund email ignored”
You say: Escalate in writing to the UK Customer Complaints Team (PO Box 815, Wigan WN1 9WX) and reference APCOA's own Customer Complaints Policy. If still unresolved, escalate to the operator's Accredited Trade Association appeals scheme (BPA / POPLA for a Parking Charge Notice) or the CEO's office. As a UK consumer you can also raise a Section 75 or chargeback claim with your card provider.
They’ll say: “Live chat deflects you to the website”
You say: Put your request in writing to a monitored mailbox (csc.refunds@apcoa.com for refunds, tpreviews@apcoa.com for review escalations) rather than relying on chat, a written trail with your booking reference, VRM and location is what actually gets refunds processed.

Rights in other regions (European Union)
European Union
- Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU14-day right of withdrawal across all EU states.

Common questions about cancelling APCOA Parking
Log into your account at **seasontickets.apcoa.co.uk** and cancel there, or email **Finance.seasontickets@apcoa.com** with your account name, season-ticket number, the reason and the date you want to cancel from. For monthly or quarterly recurring tickets you must give **one calendar month's notice**, if you don't, any Direct Debit or continuous payment authority keeps being collected. There's no refund for the unused days of a part-used month, so time your notice to the end of a billing period.
Money-back questions (windows, pro-rata, chargebacks) are covered in the APCOA Parking refund guide.
