Prada lets you cancel an unshipped order for free any time before it leaves the warehouse. Once shipped, you have 30 days from the shipping-confirmation date in the US (14 days on Prada's EU / international sites) to return items free of charge. Goods must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags and security tags attached. Refunds go back to the original payment method within roughly 5–10 business days of the warehouse receiving the return, and can take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on a credit card statement. Personalized products and opened perfumes are non-refundable.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order until the date of shipping for any reason free of charge. This includes pre-order items which may be cancelled up until shipment. Products purchased through the site may be returned free of charge, within 30 days from the date of the shipping confirmation, except for definetively Personalized Products, which are non-returnable.
