The fastest way
Explodely handles payments for third-party sellers. To cancel, go to explodely.com/ordersearch, enter your purchase email and Order ID, and open a Cancel Subscription or Request Refund ticket (one per order). You can also email support@explodely.com with the subject 'Cancel subscription + refund, Order #[ID]'. If the seller doesn't resolve a refund ticket, it is refunded automatically after 48 hours.
Or let yoink do it for you.

- Phone: Call +1 (833) 397-5359 and say “cancel my service”. Expect a retention pitch, decline it twice and hold firm.
- Online (fastest): Direct cancel flow: explodely.com/ordersearch/
- Email: Email
support@explodely.comwith the template below, the route that creates a paper trail and carries the refund ask.
Timing matters: Refund requests must be made within 60 days of each purchase, and every upsell or rebill has its own clock. Sellers get 48 hours to respond to a refund ticket before it is refunded automatically. If a rebill fails, the same card is retried a couple of days later, so cancel the subscription itself before the next rebill date.

What happens to what you’ve already paid
Explodely's refund policy covers any digital product bought through its checkout, including the front-end purchase, each one-click upsell and each subscription rebill. Each of these has its own Order ID and carries a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. When you ask for a refund, Explodely does not refund you immediately. It first opens a refund request with the seller, who can try to 'save the sale'. If the seller doesn't turn the request into a resolved support ticket, the order is refunded automatically after 48 hours, and refunds usually reach your account 3-5 working days later. Some individual sellers advertise shorter windows (for example 30 days), but Explodely's own published policy is 60 days.
“If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason you can get a refund within 60 days of making a purchase.”

Does Explodely charge a cancellation fee?
Explodely’s terms mention conditions worth checking before you cancel, see the plan notes and policy quote above for the specifics we found. In general: rolling monthly plans end at the period you’ve already paid for with nothing extra to pay, while minimum-term or contract plans can carry an early-exit charge until the term ends.
What doesn’t work for cancelling Explodely
Based on 9 sources, Reddit, app reviews, and direct testing. Skip these and save yourself the loop.
- ✕ Giving only your name to support (on Trustpilot, BBB or by phone), Explodely repeatedly replies that it cannot find orders by name. You need the purchase email plus the Order ID, or the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card.
- ✕ Contacting only the product seller, Buyers say sellers ignore refund requests or reply with more sales offers. Refund tickets need to be opened through Explodely's Order Lookup so the 48-hour auto-refund applies.
- ✕ Cancelling or emptying your card to stop rebills, Explodely's Rebill Suite includes an automatic card updater. If a charge fails, the customer gets emails and texts, and the same card is retried a couple of days later. The subscription itself stays active until you cancel it with Explodely.
- ✕ Calling the billing line outside business hours, Reviewers report a recorded message saying the line is closed. Some say they reached it during the stated weekday hours and still got no answer, so use a written ticket or email as well.
- ✕ Requesting a refund for only the first charge, Each upsell, such as an 'automated setup' or 'configuration pack', is a separate order with its own Order ID. Buyers who refunded only one order kept being charged for the others.
- ✕ Accepting the 'counteroffer' replies, Ticket replies often offer a counteroffer instead of a refund and keep doing so after you decline. Accepting can end the refund request.
Cancelled Explodely but still being charged?
Three common reasons, in order of likelihood:
- The cancellation didn’t actually complete. If you never received a written confirmation from Explodely, treat it as not cancelled. Email
support@explodely.comreferencing your original request date and ask for written confirmation plus a refund of any charge taken since. - You cancelled in the wrong place. Subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play bill through Apple or Google, cancelling on Explodely’s site doesn’t touch them. Check Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
- Billing lag. A charge that was already in flight when you cancelled can still land a few days later. One trailing charge can be normal; two is not.
If they keep charging after a confirmed cancellation, that’s chargeback territory: dispute the charge with your bank citing “subscription cancelled, merchant continued billing”. The yoink app also flags this automatically, it keeps watching your inbox after a confirmed cancellation and alerts you if Explodely charges again.
How Explodely will try to keep you
Explodely may respond with a retention offer, a discount, a free month, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. Don't engage with the counteroffer. Restate that you want a full cancellation and cite the consumer law again if they push back.
They’ll say: “Seller 'save the sale' step: Explodely forwards your refund request to the seller first, who tries to turn it into a support ticket”
You say: Don't accept a fix, tutorial or upgrade. Reply on the ticket: 'I am not asking for support. I am requesting a full refund under Explodely's 60-day money-back guarantee. Please leave this as a refund request.' Under Explodely's own process, unresolved refund requests are refunded automatically after 48 hours.
They’ll say: “Repeated counteroffers ('before we close you out here is a counteroffer')”
You say: Decline once, clearly and in writing: 'I decline all counteroffers. Refund Order #[ID] in full.' Then email support@explodely.com with the ticket number and all Order IDs.
They’ll say: “Asking you to explain why you want a refund, or a bot asking for 'proof of use'”
You say: The published policy says you can get a refund 'for any reason' within 60 days. Quote that line and attach the purchase receipt. A reason is not required.
They’ll say: “Closing tickets without resolving them”
You say: Don't keep opening new tickets, since Explodely asks for one per order. Email support@explodely.com with every ticket number, Order ID, and the date of your first request, and ask for written confirmation of the refund.
They’ll say: “Chargeback warnings in the terms (collections threats)”
You say: Ask Explodely in writing first. If there is no refund after the 48-hour auto-refund point plus about a week, you still have the right to dispute the charge with your card issuer, especially when the 60-day guarantee wasn't honoured. Keep all the emails.
They’ll say: “Sending you back to the seller ('Explodely and the Seller are two separate entities')”
You say: Explodely is the merchant of record and the name on your statement, so it is responsible for the refund. Reply: 'As merchant of record, Explodely is responsible for honouring its 60-day guarantee on Order #[ID].'
Your rights when cancelling
The law where you live is the strongest hook, lead with it when you contact the company.
United States
- FTC Click-to-Cancel Rule (2024+)Cancel must be as easy as sign-up.
The Federal Trade Commission’s Click-to-Cancel rule requires Explodely to make cancelling at least as simple as signing up, same channel, same number of clicks. If they buried the cancel button or forced a phone call, they’re in violation; report to reportfraud.ftc.gov.
- California ARL (auto-renewal law)Renewal must be cancellable online.
California Business & Professions Code §17602 forces any company billing California residents on auto-renewal to provide an online cancel mechanism. Lawsuits have been won on this; companies often refund quickly when it’s cited.
Worldwide
- Card-issuer chargebackYour bank can reverse the charge.
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex all run chargeback schemes, “goods/services not as described” or “subscription not cancelled” are valid reason codes everywhere they operate. Your bank handles the dispute; Explodely has ~45 days to defend.
Rights in other regions (United Kingdom, European Union)
United Kingdom
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 201314-day cooling-off on new subscriptions.
You can terminate any continuous service contract within 14 days of starting it and recover any payment, no questions asked. Applies regardless of Explodely’s own policy.
- Consumer Rights Act 2015Services must be as described.
If Explodely’s service was misrepresented or didn’t deliver what was promised, you have a statutory right to remedy (repair, refund, or price reduction) regardless of their terms.
European Union
- Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU14-day right of withdrawal across all EU states.
EU-wide statutory right to withdraw from any distance-sold contract within 14 days. Mirrored into local law in every member state. Explodely must honour it regardless of where they’re headquartered.
Delete your Explodely account (not just cancel)
Cancelling stops the billing; deleting removes your account and personal data. Do them in that order, deleting an account with an active subscription can leave the billing running with no way to log in and stop it.
If there’s no delete option in Explodely’s account settings, email support@explodely.com with the subject Account deletion request, [your account email] and ask for your account and personal data to be erased under state privacy laws such as the CCPA. They’re typically required to act on it, most companies complete erasure within about 30 days, and you should ask for written confirmation when it’s done.
Common questions about cancelling Explodely
Explodely is a **payment processor (merchant of record)** for online sellers of digital products, often 'make money online' or AI-income offers sold through video sales letters. The charge can show as **EXPLODLY.COM**, and some sellers' receipts say charges appear as 'CLICK SALES'. To see what you bought, open [explodely.com/ordersearch](https://explodely.com/ordersearch/) and enter your email plus either the Order ID or the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card. The lookup lists every order, including upsells you may not have noticed.
Money-back questions (windows, pro-rata, chargebacks) are covered in the Explodely refund guide. Need a human for something else entirely? The Explodely contact guide lists every channel that actually answers.
