The fastest way
Copizza (a Little Caesars México franchise operator) has no subscription to cancel. Cancel an order with the branch on your ticket immediately, before it's cooked. facturacion@copizza.mx handles invoicing only. For money back, subject line: 'Solicitud de reembolso, pedido #____'. Uncollected pickup orders are discarded after 120 minutes with no refund.
Or let yoink do it for you.

- In person (fastest): Copizza processes cancellations at their locations, bring ID and ask for written confirmation before you leave.
- Post: Little Caesars México terms give a postal customer-service address for the franchisor: Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. (Aten: Atención al Cliente), 2211 Woodward Ave., Detroit MI 48210, franchisor-level only, not the Copizza branch that holds your money.. Send it tracked so you can prove delivery.
- Email: Copizza doesn’t process cancellations by email. Still worth sending one: it dates your cancellation request in writing, which matters for disputes and refunds.
Timing matters: Pickup orders not collected within 120 minutes of being ready are discarded and no refund is generated, cancel or collect inside that two-hour window.
Cancelling a Copizza order by email
Copizza won’t action a cancellation from an email alone, use the fastest channel above for the cancellation itself. This email still earns its place: it puts your cancellation date in writing (your evidence if they keep billing) and it’s where the refund request happens.

What happens to what you’ve already paid
Copizza sells one-off food orders (dine-in, pickup, delivery, app orders), there is no membership or recurring plan, so nothing auto-renews and there is no 'cancel subscription' route. For a cancelled order, the Little Caesars México terms say a card already charged before cancellation is credited back to the same account; the refund itself is executed by the franchise branch that took the order, not by a central web form. Pickup orders carry a hard trap: food not collected within 120 minutes of being ready is discarded and no refund is generated, so a delayed collection is not a refundable charge. Duplicate or failed-terminal charges (a common complaint pattern in Mexican stores) are a payment-processing dispute, raise them with the branch with the ticket, then with your card issuer if the store won't reverse them.

Does Copizza charge a cancellation fee?
We found no cancellation fee in Copizza’s published terms. On a rolling plan you simply pay to the end of the current billing period and nothing after. If you’re inside a fixed minimum term, check your signup email for the end date, cancelling early is where fees usually hide.
What doesn’t work for cancelling Copizza
Based on 2 sources, Reddit, app reviews, and direct testing. Skip these and save yourself the loop.
- ✕ Emailing copizza.mx expecting order support, copizza.mx resolves to a facturación (electronic invoicing) portal showing an 'En construccion' countdown; the only address traced to the domain is facturacion@copizza.mx, which is a billing/CFDI mailbox, not a refunds desk.
- ✕ Waiting more than two hours to collect a pickup order and then asking for money back, Little Caesars México terms state uncollected product is discarded after 120 minutes and no refund can be generated.
- ✕ Escalating to Little Caesars corporate (Detroit) for a franchise-store refund, LCE's terms say providing customer service is entirely at its discretion and it is not obliged to provide support; franchise stores like Copizza settle refunds locally.
Cancelled Copizza but still being charged?
Three common reasons, in order of likelihood:
- The cancellation didn’t actually complete. If you never received a written confirmation from Copizza, treat it as not cancelled. Email
facturacion@copizza.mxreferencing your original request date and ask for written confirmation plus a refund of any charge taken since. - You cancelled in the wrong place. Subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play bill through Apple or Google, cancelling on Copizza’s site doesn’t touch them. Check Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
- Billing lag. A charge that was already in flight when you cancelled can still land a few days later. One trailing charge can be normal; two is not.
If they keep charging after a confirmed cancellation, that’s chargeback territory: dispute the charge with your bank citing “subscription cancelled, merchant continued billing”. The yoink app also flags this automatically, it keeps watching your inbox after a confirmed cancellation and alerts you if Copizza charges again.
How Copizza will try to keep you
Copizza may respond with a retention offer, a discount, a free month, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. Don't engage with the counteroffer. Restate that you want a full cancellation and cite the consumer law again if they push back.
They’ll say: “Store refuses the refund until the pizza is finally produced, 'wait for it, then decide'”
You say: A complaint logged on tuquejasuma describes exactly this: a two-hour wait, a refund refused until the pizza came out. Say plainly: 'No quiero el producto, solicito la cancelación y el reembolso del cargo, no un reemplazo.' Ask for the manager's name and the order number in writing.
They’ll say: “Replacement product offered instead of money back on a burnt/raw/incorrect order”
You say: Replacement is optional, not obligatory. Photograph the product, keep the ticket, and state you are requesting reversal of the charge to the original card. Note the store ID and order number, Mexican complaint boards show branches settle far faster once a specific sucursal number is quoted.
They’ll say: “Failed card terminal charged you 2 to 3 times, store blames the bank”
You say: Multiple public complaints describe repeat terminal attempts that all posted to the card. Ask the branch for the voucher/cancellation slip for each declined attempt; if they won't issue it, take the ticket and the statement lines straight to your card issuer as a duplicate-charge dispute.
They’ll say: “No answer on the branch phone / 'the line is out of service'”
You say: Complaints mention branch numbers ringing dead. Go in person to the sucursal on the ticket with the receipt, or file in writing quoting the store ID; a same-day visit is the only channel documented to actually reverse a charge.
Your rights when cancelling
The law where you live is the strongest hook, lead with it when you contact the company.
Worldwide
- Card-issuer chargebackYour bank can reverse the charge.
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex all run chargeback schemes, “goods/services not as described” or “subscription not cancelled” are valid reason codes everywhere they operate. Your bank handles the dispute; Copizza has ~45 days to defend.
Delete your Copizza account (not just cancel)
Cancelling stops the billing; deleting removes your account and personal data. Do them in that order, deleting an account with an active subscription can leave the billing running with no way to log in and stop it.
If there’s no delete option in Copizza’s account settings, email facturacion@copizza.mx with the subject Account deletion request, [your account email] and ask for your account and personal data to be erased under data-protection law in most jurisdictions. They’re typically required to act on it, most companies complete erasure within about 30 days, and you should ask for written confirmation when it’s done.
Common questions about cancelling Copizza
For a Copizza-operated Little Caesars in Mexico there is no self-service cancel button. The order lives with the branch that accepted it, so call or walk into that specific sucursal (the store ID is printed on your ticket) and ask for cancellation before the pizza goes into the oven. Give the order number. If the card was already charged, Little Caesars México's terms say the amount is credited back to the same account. Speed is everything, once the food is made, the store will push a replacement instead of money back.
Money-back questions (windows, pro-rata, chargebacks) are covered in the Copizza refund guide. Need a human for something else entirely? The Copizza contact guide lists every channel that actually answers.
