How to Get a TicketWeb Refund for a Cancelled Show.
TicketWeb refunds are per-order, here's what their policy actually says, and how to escalate if they ignore the request.

The short answer
This policy covers one-off event ticket orders, which is all TicketWeb sells. There are no subscriptions. If an event is cancelled or postponed and a refund is issued, TicketWeb.ca orders get back the ticket's face value plus all service fees. Service fees may not be refunded on TicketWeb.com (US) orders. Delivery fees are never refunded, and refunds go to the original payment method. Refunds aren't offered for change of mind, schedule clashes, or a changed opening act or festival performer. For rescheduled events, the Event Provider sets any refund limits, and the US policy says refunds are paid once the Event Provider sends the money.

“If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed event, we will issue a refund of the ticket’s face value paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and, if purchased on TicketWeb.ca, all service fees.”

How long does a TicketWeb refund take?
Most merchants agree to a straightforward refund within 1 to 3 working days of a well-written email request. Once agreed, the money itself takes another 3 to 5 working days to land, that part is card-network processing and no merchant can skip it. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after a written “refund approved”, reply on the same thread asking for the ARN (acquirer reference number), which your bank can trace.

Yes, but only in limited cases. TicketWeb sells tickets as an agent for the venue or promoter, and its purchase policy only allows refunds when an event is **cancelled or postponed**. On TicketWeb.ca, an approved refund covers the ticket's face value plus **all service fees**. On TicketWeb.com (US), service fees may not be refunded. Delivery fees are never refunded anywhere. Refunds aren't available for scheduling conflicts, change of mind, or a changed opening act.
