Will I lose my products if I cancel Stan?

No. Stan says your store progress, including products, analytics and emails, stays on Stan after you cancel, and you can reactivate whenever you like. Before cancelling, Stan recommends two things: **cash out your earnings** from the Income tab, and **cancel any customer membership subscriptions by hand**, or your customers will keep being charged. Deleting your account is a separate step (Settings > Security > Delete My Account), and Stan deletes the account for good 7 days later.

Can I get a refund from Stan Store?

Sometimes. Stan's support team reviews refunds by hand. To qualify, your subscription must be **fully cancelled**, the payment must be from the **last 30 days**, and it must cover **one billing period**. Stan won't refund you just because you didn't use the platform. If you switched between Creator and Creator Pro, or between monthly and annual, you may get a prorated refund. Does Stan Store have a free plan?

No. Stan has a **14-day free trial** but no free plan. After the trial, it's **$29/month** for Creator or **$99/month** for Creator Pro ($300 or $948 a year). The trial turns into a paid plan, so cancel in Settings > Billing before it ends if you don't want to be charged. Stan also emails some accounts a one-time **30-day Creator Pro trial**, which renews at $99 on day 31 unless you cancel.

Trustpilot reviewers report this. Deleting your account isn't the same as cancelling the subscription in **Settings > Billing**, and after deleting you may not be able to log in to check. Email **friends@stanwith.me** from the address you signed up with. Include the charge date, amount and card's last four digits, say you cancelled or deleted during the trial, and ask for a refund plus written confirmation that no further charges will be taken. The charge is within Stan's 30-day, single-period refund rule, so ask now.

Does Stan Store charge a cancellation fee?

None of Stan's help pages mention a cancellation fee. You cancel from Settings > Billing and keep access until the end of the cycle you've paid for. The real cost is timing: if you cancel after the renewal invoice opens, you're charged for one more cycle. On annual plans, a payment older than 30 days isn't eligible for a refund.

Can I downgrade from Creator Pro to Creator instead of cancelling?

Yes. Stan lets you upgrade or downgrade between **Creator ($29/mo)** and **Creator Pro ($99/mo)** at any time, and you can switch between monthly and annual billing. If you change plans, Stan says you may be eligible for a **prorated refund** for the unused time on your old plan. Downgrading makes sense if you only need the store, courses and bookings without email marketing, upsells or affiliates.

How do I cancel a membership I bought on someone's Stan Store?

If you pay a creator monthly through Stan for a membership, community or course, use the **cancellation link in the automated email** Stan sends you each month. The creator can also cancel it for you from their dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges but **doesn't refund** past ones. Refunds are the creator's decision, so contact them using the details on your receipt. If you can't reach them, Stan support (friends@stanwith.me) can pass your request on.

How do I reactivate my Stan subscription?

Go to **admin.stan.store**, log in with your old details (you can reset your password from the login page), enter a valid credit or debit card when asked, and click **Submit**. Stan charges your card **immediately** and your store goes live again with all your products, settings and data where you left them. How long does a Stan refund take?

Most merchants agree to a straightforward refund within 1 to 3 working days of a well-written email request. Once agreed, the money itself takes another 3 to 5 working days to land, that part is card-network processing and no merchant can skip it. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after a written “refund approved”, reply on the same thread asking for the ARN (acquirer reference number), which your bank can trace.

Note Stan’s own policy works on a 30-day window, ask inside it and the request is routine; outside it you’re relying on goodwill or statutory rights.
