How to Get a Rork Refund When Support Ignores You.
Here's what Rork actually owes you, what their policy quietly says, and how to escalate if they ignore the request.

The short answer
Rork's Terms of Service cover paid Services in general but state no refund window, no money-back guarantee and no proration rule, the only monetised product is the Rork Pro / Rork Max credit subscription, so every refund is discretionary and handled by support case-by-case. Subscription charges taken on the web are processed through Stripe, so a cancellation in the Stripe billing portal stops future renewals but does not itself return the current month's payment. Credit allowances are a separate matter: credits reset each cycle and unused credits are forfeited rather than refunded or rolled over, and multiple reviewers report losing paid credits and access to projects when the subscription ended. If you subscribed inside the iOS app, Apple is the merchant of record for that charge and the refund request goes to Apple, not to Rork.
Or let yoink chase the refund.

Rork’s own refund policy isn’t prominently documented. That doesn’t mean you have no rights, most jurisdictions give you a statutory cancel-and-refund window on new subscriptions (14 days in the UK / EU, US auto-renewal protections vary by state). See “What you can claim, by region” below for the angle that applies where you live.
How long does a Rork refund take?
Most merchants agree to a straightforward refund within 1 to 3 working days of a well-written email request. Once agreed, the money itself takes another 3 to 5 working days to land, that part is card-network processing and no merchant can skip it. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after a written “refund approved”, reply on the same thread asking for the ARN (acquirer reference number), which your bank can trace.
What you can claim
The law where you live is the strongest hook, lead with it when you contact the company.
United States
- Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA)Dispute any credit-card charge in writing within 60 days.
For US credit-card payments, the FCBA gives you 60 days from the statement date to dispute a Rork charge in writing. Your card issuer is required to investigate and may withhold the disputed amount during the process.
- California ARL refund rightRefund if cancel was blocked or unclear.
If Rork made it hard to cancel under California ARL, you’re entitled to a refund of charges taken since the obstruction. Multiple class actions (including against Adobe + Hulu) have set the precedent.

Hi Rork team, I'm requesting a refund of the recent charge on my subscription, account [your account email]. Under the FTC's Click-to-Cancel rule, cancellation must be available through a channel as simple as the one I signed up through. Please confirm by reply that the refund will be processed to my original payment method. If a full refund isn't available under your policy, I'd accept a pro-rata refund for the unused portion. Best, [your name]

Refund FAQ for Rork
There's no published refund window or money-back guarantee, Rork's Terms of Service mention paid Services without stating any refund rule, so every refund is discretionary. Ask anyway: email **support@rork.com** with your account email, the invoice number, the charge date and amount, and a short factual list of what failed. Reviewers repeatedly report refund requests going unanswered, so set a 5-business-day deadline in the email, then raise a chargeback or Section 75 claim with your card issuer using the ignored email as evidence. Cancelling first does not weaken the refund claim.
