How to Get a LucidLink Refund Past the No-Prorate Rule.
Inside 15 days their own policy is on your side; statutory cooling-off rights may stack on top. Outside it, you've still got tools, a clear email, a card-issuer chargeback, the lot. Here's the playbook for LucidLink.

The short answer
LucidLink does not offer prorated refunds when you cancel mid-term, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and that's it. To stop the next renewal you must cancel at least 15 days before the term ends. EU consumers exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal can claim a proportional refund for the unused portion. Charges continue through the end of the billing period in which you delete your workspace.
Or let yoink chase the refund.

“If Customer terminates a Service, Customer may use its subscription until the end of its then-current term and, if Customer cancels the applicable Service no later than [fifteen (15) days] prior to the end of the recurring term, its subscription will not be renewed after its then-current term expires. However, Customer will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion”

How long does a LucidLink refund take?
Most merchants agree to a straightforward refund within 1 to 3 working days of a well-written email request. Once agreed, the money itself takes another 3 to 5 working days to land, that part is card-network processing and no merchant can skip it. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after a written “refund approved”, reply on the same thread asking for the ARN (acquirer reference number), which your bank can trace.
Note LucidLink’s own policy works on a 15-day window, ask inside it and the request is routine; outside it you’re relying on goodwill or statutory rights.
