Here's what Lovable actually owes you, what their policy quietly says, and how to escalate if they ignore the request.

The short answer
Lovable's terms make credits and fees non-refundable except where required by law, and there's no prorated refund for unused days when you cancel mid-cycle. However, Lovable's own billing FAQ says it does provide refunds for subscriptions if you're not satisfied or haven't used the service, you email support@lovable.dev with your reason and it's reviewed case-by-case. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for an unused cycle, contact support quickly with the charge details. Downgrade to Free first so no further charges accrue while your request is reviewed.
Or let yoink chase the refund.

How long does a Lovable refund take?
Most merchants agree to a straightforward refund within 1 to 3 working days of a well-written email request. Once agreed, the money itself takes another 3 to 5 working days to land, that part is card-network processing and no merchant can skip it. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after a written “refund approved”, reply on the same thread asking for the ARN (acquirer reference number), which your bank can trace.

Refund FAQ for Lovable
Go to your **Profile icon → Settings → Plans & Billing** (also labelled *Plans & credit usage*), click **Manage**, then choose **Downgrade to free**. This opens the **Stripe billing portal**, where you click **Cancel Subscription** to actually stop charges. There is no standalone 'Cancel' button and no email cancellation path, you self-serve. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your workspace moves to Free. Take a screenshot of the Stripe confirmation as proof.
