How to Get a Bento Refund After Auto-Renewal.
Here's what Bento actually owes you, what their policy quietly says, and how to escalate if they ignore the request.

The short answer
Bento bills in advance and subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Bento sends a reminder email before each renewal, so watch for it. Its terms say payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated or required by law, and there's no stated pro-rata for partial periods. If you were charged after trying to cancel, or you're within a statutory cooling-off window, you may still be able to recover the payment under your regional consumer rights.

Refund FAQ for Bento
There's no cancellation fee documented in Bento's terms or on its pages, the friction is the auto-renewal, not an exit charge. The real cost risk is being billed for a fresh term if you don't cancel before the renewal date, since fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated or required by law. Cancel early rather than on the deadline.
