How to Get an ASOS Refund Within 28 Days.
Inside 28 days their own policy is on your side; statutory cooling-off rights may stack on top. Outside it, you've still got tools, a clear email, a card-issuer chargeback, the lot. Here's the playbook for ASOS.

The short answer
ASOS gives you 28 days from delivery to send items back for a full refund to your original payment method, provided items are unworn and in original condition with tags. UK/EU shoppers also have a separate 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds typically arrive within 10 calendar days of the warehouse receiving your return. The Fair Use Policy can deduct £3.95 per parcel if your return rate is 70%+ across 3+ orders.

“If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.”
, verbatim from ASOS’s terms
How long does a ASOS refund take?
Most merchants agree to a straightforward refund within 1 to 3 working days of a well-written email request. Once agreed, the money itself takes another 3 to 5 working days to land, that part is card-network processing and no merchant can skip it. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after a written “refund approved”, reply on the same thread asking for the ARN (acquirer reference number), which your bank can trace.
Note ASOS’s own policy works on a 28-day window, ask inside it and the request is routine; outside it you’re relying on goodwill or statutory rights.

Refund FAQ for ASOS
Yes, but the refund rules are strict. You can cancel **within 15 minutes** of buying Premier through My Account, **or within the first calendar month** by contacting Customer Care via Live Chat, provided you haven't made any eligible Premier purchases. After that, no refund. Separately, you can switch off **auto-renewal at any time** in My Account → Manage Subscription → Cancel plan, and you'll keep the benefits until the 12 months expire.
