The short answer
Two different charge types get confused here. (1) A Beacons platform subscription (Creator Pro $10/mo, Store Pro $30/mo, Business Pro $90/mo) is non-refundable under the terms except where law requires, there is no stated refund window, and cancelling ends the subscription immediately with no pro-rata credit for unused days. (2) A purchase made from the Wealth Aligned Soul storefront, a digital guide, course or membership, is a buyer-to-seller transaction: Beacons says it does not process payments and will not issue refunds for them, so the refund has to come from the seller or from the payment processor/card issuer. Consumer law rights (statutory cancellation and faulty/misdescribed digital content rules in your region) override the blanket "non-refundable" line and are the strongest angle for either charge type.
Or let yoink chase the refund.

How long does a Wealth Aligned Soul refund take?
Most merchants agree to a straightforward refund within 1 to 3 working days of a well-written email request. Once agreed, the money itself takes another 3 to 5 working days to land, that part is card-network processing and no merchant can skip it. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after a written “refund approved”, reply on the same thread asking for the ARN (acquirer reference number), which your bank can trace.

Refund FAQ for Wealth Aligned Soul
On a **desktop computer**, open Account Settings → Billing → find the subscription → **Manage** → **Cancel** (bottom right). Beacons' help centre explicitly says this can't be done on a mobile device. Work through the exit survey screens until you see a confirmation, then refresh the page, Account Settings should show you back on the Free plan.
