How to Get a UK Car Park Management Refund.
Inside 14 days you have a statutory cancellation right in most jurisdictions (UK CCR, EU Directive 2011/83, US state auto-renewal laws). Outside it, you've still got tools — a clear email, a card-issuer chargeback, the lot. Here's the playbook for UK Car Park Management.

The short answer
UK CPM doesn't offer subscription refunds — it issues one-off Parking Charge Notices. If you've already paid but believe the PCN was wrongly issued, your only route to money back is a successful appeal to the Appeals Department (in writing) or, if rejected, escalation to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS) within 28 days of rejection. Appeals must be in writing — never by phone — and every appeal pauses the PCN until a decision is reached, typically within 14–35 days.
Or let yoink chase the refund.
30 seconds to set up. yoink emails UK Car Park Management, cites the policy, escalates if ignored, and surfaces the win when the money lands.

“If we received your appeal within 14 days of the contravention you will be eligible for the discounted fee of £60. … PLEASE NOTE you should be aware that if your appeal is unsuccessful, you will lose the right to pay at the discount rate, meaning the full fee of £100.00 will then be payable.”

Refund Request — [your account email]Send this body
Hi UK Car Park Management team, I'm writing to request a refund for my recent UK Car Park Management subscription charge. Under applicable consumer-protection law (the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, EU Directive 2011/83/EU, or US state auto-renewal laws — whichever applies in my jurisdiction), I'm exercising my right to cancel and to recover the payment in full. Please confirm by reply that the cancellation has taken effect and that the refund will be processed to my original payment method. If your policy allows a pro-rata refund for any unused service, I'd appreciate that being applied here. Best, [your name]

Refund FAQ for UK Car Park Management
Not recommended. UK CPM is a member of the International Parking Community (IPC), meaning it can obtain your address from the DVLA and pursue the charge through Debt Recovery Plus, a Letter Before Claim and ultimately a county court claim. Ignoring the notice also loses you the right to appeal to UK CPM and then to the IAS. Even if you plan to defend at court, respond in writing to protect your position — silence weakens a POFA keeper-liability defence.
