How to Get a SageSure Refund After Cancelling.
Inside 30 days their own policy is on your side; statutory cooling-off rights may stack on top. Outside it, you've still got tools, a clear email, a card-issuer chargeback, the lot. Here's the playbook for SageSure.

The short answer
SageSure lets you cancel a policy at any time by giving written notice of the date you want cancellation to take effect. When you cancel, they refund the unearned (unused) portion of your premium calculated from the effective cancellation date. As a courtesy they'll backdate a cancellation up to 30 days before your request, but generally not further, so any period they consider 'coverage in force' is treated as earned premium. Refund checks are typically processed within around 15 days, though multiple customers report waiting weeks or months and needing to chase.
Or let yoink chase the refund.

Hi SageSure team, I'm requesting a refund of the recent charge on my subscription, account [your account email]. Under the FTC's Click-to-Cancel rule, cancellation must be available through a channel as simple as the one I signed up through. Best, [your name]
