How to Get a Panasonic Avionics Refund.
Panasonic Avionics refunds are per-order, here's what their policy actually says, and how to escalate if they ignore the request.

The short answer
Panasonic Wi-Fi is sold as a single-session pass, so the issue is almost always a refund for a session that didn't work rather than a cancellation. When Panasonic is the direct retailer, submit the refund request through its WISP help center or by email with your emailed receipt. When your airline collected the payment (e.g. United, American), you may need to go through the airline instead. Providing screenshots or a log of failed connection attempts strongly improves your odds.
Or let yoink chase the refund.
30 seconds to set up. yoink emails Panasonic Avionics, cites the policy, escalates if ignored, and surfaces the win when the money lands.

“We are sorry to hear that the in-flight Wi-Fi service was not as expected. If you are requesting a refund in service, please provide us with the information listed below, or forward a copy of the receipt that was emailed at the time of purchase.”

How long does a Panasonic Avionics refund take?
Most merchants agree to a straightforward refund within 1 to 3 working days of a well-written email request. Once agreed, the money itself takes another 3 to 5 working days to land, that part is card-network processing and no merchant can skip it. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after a written “refund approved”, reply on the same thread asking for the ARN (acquirer reference number), which your bank can trace.

Refund FAQ for Panasonic Avionics
Yes. If you paid for a specific Panasonic Wi-Fi pass and it failed to load or work, you're generally eligible for a refund. Panasonic issues refunds promptly when it is the direct retailer of the session; when your airline collected the payment, request it through the airline. Attach your emailed receipt and, ideally, screenshots or a log of failed connection attempts to strengthen the claim.
