How to Get a ODEON Cinemas Refund.
Inside 14 days their own policy is on your side; statutory cooling-off rights may stack on top. Outside it, you've still got tools, a clear email, a card-issuer chargeback, the lot. Here's the playbook for ODEON Cinemas.

The short answer
ODEON gives a 14-day cooling-off period if you joined myLIMITLESS online, but they can deduct a reasonable amount for any 'unreasonably excessive' use before you cancelled. Outside that window, monthly members serve a 3-month minimum term and give notice; annual upfront members can't cancel early. Single-ticket refunds are self-serve in the ODEON app up to 2 hours before showtime. Approved refunds land within 14 days to your original payment method.

“We will make any refund due to you not later than 14 days after the day you cancelled, using the same means of payment as you used to pay the fees.”

How long does a ODEON Cinemas refund take?
Most merchants agree to a straightforward refund within 1 to 3 working days of a well-written email request. Once agreed, the money itself takes another 3 to 5 working days to land, that part is card-network processing and no merchant can skip it. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after a written “refund approved”, reply on the same thread asking for the ARN (acquirer reference number), which your bank can trace.
Note ODEON Cinemas’s own policy works on a 14-day window, ask inside it and the request is routine; outside it you’re relying on goodwill or statutory rights.

Refund FAQ for ODEON Cinemas
Not really. Monthly members commit to a 3-month minimum and annual upfront members to 12 months. Annual upfront memberships explicitly **can't be cancelled early**. The only early exits are: (a) the 14-day online cooling-off window after sign-up, (b) ODEON materially changing terms in a way that disadvantages you, or (c) ODEON closing myLIMITLESS on 60 days' notice, in which case any pre-paid months are refunded.
