REFUND GUIDE

How to Get a Five Below Refund Within 90 Days.

Inside 90 days their own policy is on your side; statutory cooling-off rights may stack on top. Outside it, you've still got tools, a clear email, a card-issuer chargeback, the lot. Here's the playbook for Five Below.

The short answer

Five Below is a discount retailer with no subscription or membership charges. Its refund rules cover physical merchandise only. You can return unopened or defective items bought in store or online within 90 days, at any Five Below store, for a full refund to your original payment method. You need the original receipt or online order confirmation, and the card you paid with must be present. Ship-to-home orders can also be mailed back after you open a request, but you pay the return postage and no label is provided. Card refunds take 2-10 business days to post. Buy-online-pick-up-in-store orders that get cancelled never produce a 'refund': you were only authorized, not charged, and the hold drops off within 7 days. Gift cards can't be returned. Some third-party sites still quote older 14- or 30-day windows, but Five Below's own help center says 90 days.

How long does a Five Below refund take?

Most merchants agree to a straightforward refund within 1 to 3 working days of a well-written email request. Once agreed, the money itself takes another 3 to 5 working days to land, that part is card-network processing and no merchant can skip it. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after a written “refund approved”, reply on the same thread asking for the ARN (acquirer reference number), which your bank can trace.

Note Five Below’s own policy works on a 90-day window, ask inside it and the request is routine; outside it you’re relying on goodwill or statutory rights.

Refund FAQ for Five Below

Usually not. Five Below's help center says it **typically cannot cancel an order or change an address once it has been placed**. If you contact them straight away, though, they may catch it before it's processed. Submit a request immediately at `support.fivebelow.com/hc/en-us/requests/new` with your order number and 'Cancel order' in the subject, then verify your email so you get a reply. They can't add or remove items, so a change means cancelling the whole order. If it ships anyway, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund.
