How to Get an Apple Music Refund After Auto-Renewal.
Inside 14 days their own policy is on your side; statutory cooling-off rights may stack on top. Outside it, you've still got tools, a clear email, a card-issuer chargeback, the lot. Here's the playbook for Apple Music.

The short answer
Apple Music subscription charges, whether Individual, Family, Student or through Apple One, are refunded only on request at reportaproblem.apple.com. Choose 'I'd like to' → 'Request a refund', then pick the charge. Apple sends an update within 24 to 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Cards can take up to 30 days to show it, and mobile-carrier billing up to 60 days. In the UK and EU, Apple's terms let you withdraw from the first subscription charge within 14 days without giving a reason. Renewals aren't covered, and outside the UK and EU every refund is at Apple's discretion. Cancelling doesn't give you a partial refund. It stops the next renewal, and paid access continues until the period ends. Songs and albums you bought from the iTunes Store go through the same refund tool but are a different kind of purchase. If Google Play bills you, Google Play's refund rules apply instead of Apple's.

“Right of withdrawal: If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within fourteen (14) days of when you received your receipt, without giving any reason. Subscription services can only be cancelled following the initial subscription.”

How long does a Apple Music refund take?
Most merchants agree to a straightforward refund within 1 to 3 working days of a well-written email request. Once agreed, the money itself takes another 3 to 5 working days to land, that part is card-network processing and no merchant can skip it. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after a written “refund approved”, reply on the same thread asking for the ARN (acquirer reference number), which your bank can trace.
Note Apple Music’s own policy works on a 14-day window, ask inside it and the request is routine; outside it you’re relying on goodwill or statutory rights.
