How do I get a human at Innovative Therapeutic Services?

Lead with your account email and one specific request. Vague messages get routed to automated replies; a specific, referenced request usually reaches a person on the first pass. If a bot replies, respond to the same thread restating the request and asking for it to be escalated.

What if Innovative Therapeutic Services doesn't reply?

Follow up on the same thread after 7 days, a one-line nudge referencing the original date is enough. Still nothing after 14 days and money is involved? Dispute the charge with your card issuer; "no response from merchant" supports a chargeback on every major card network.
